What to Expect During Your Appointment:
1. A personalized consultation
Every treatment plan begins with a thorough evaluation of your skin type, previous treatments, and current concerns with one of our doctors. They will explain the benefits and possible side effects of laser treatments and help you understand if it's right for you.
2. Comfort management
The face/treatment area will be cleansed, for which we have products available; and optional topical numbing is applied. We will wait for the effect to take place before proceeding with the treatment.
3. Targeted laser delivery
Our certified laser specialist guides the PicoSure Pro handpiece across the face, delivering fast, precise bursts of energy.
4. Immediate response
Mild redness or swelling resembling a light sunburn may appear for 24–48 hours. Commonly, the treated area will feel warm, and we will apply a sheet face mask to soothe. Most patients resume regular activity immediately after their session.
5. Between appointments
Your skin is rebuilding from the intentional micro-injuries, stimulating natural healing processes. Collagen and elastin production increases, and rejuvenation progresses. Appointments are spaced 4-6 weeks apart to complete this repairing process.
